EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES (sometimes referred to as tapping)
EFT is an extremely effective method of defusing emotional and physical issues, by tapping on the energy pathways or meridians of the body, so causing rapid relief from both physical pain and emotional issues; those things which may be in the way of you leading your life in a contented and successful manner. People are often delighted when they see how simple issues can be cleared very quickly and easily; more complex ones may require repeated rounds of EFT in which the different aspects of the problem can be alleviated.
It can be used very efficiently for pain relief on its own or in addition to medical intervention and it is very unusual for someone to show no improvement. Like NLP, EFT is very successfully used to assist with self-esteem and confidence building, addictive behaviours and phobias, general anxiety or trauma. As an aid to weight loss, it can quickly remove feelings of temptation so leading to faster results.
Once a course of treatment is completed, we can teach you how to use EFT as a self-help tool in many situations.
